One of the biggest concerns for startups and busy entrepreneurs is the physical time to get things done. While eaHELP, a current SSPR client, was already manning the virtual assistant space, they needed to rebrand their company to show they offered an umbrella of virtual services, smoothly and without losing customers.
How we got there
SSPR started by identifying customers’ biggest pain points with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, writing content or maintaining a company blog. The PR team then pitched BELAY as the solution to help busy CEOs, entrepreneurs and church pastors free up time to focus on the things that matter.
SSPR also positioned BELAY’s spokespeople as thought leaders in the virtual workspace, sharing advice on creating remote workforces and how to manage remote workers. As a result, the company was highlighted in tier 1 business, HR and trade publications.
In the first three months under the new BELAY name, the team secured over 20+ placements in homerun publications including Inc., Business Insider and Forbes. These placements have translated to significant brand boosts for the company. Through educating readers and establishing credibility for BELAY’s leaders, SSPR continues to drive momentum for the brand, resulting in increased sign-ups for their new virtual offerings.
