How we got there

The team positioned HotSchedules’ leadership as the go-to experts in restaurant technology and management. SSPR also developed a strategic schedule of press releases, highlighting product improvements, integrations and client wins. The team leveraged its long-term restaurant trade connections to secure a regular cadence of coverage through both the news announcements and the developed thought leadership topics. An awards and speaking program further increased the company’s industry visibility.
