SSPR launched the #PowerYourLife photo contest on social media to grow awareness of Ossia's amazing wireless power technology

THE CHALLENGE

CES is a bustling and often chaotic event. During CES 2017, Ossia wanted a creative social media campaign to stand out from the crowd and generate buzz for the debut of their new product, Cota Tile. tor.

How we got there

SSPR delivered a customized campaign to the Ossia team to promote awareness of their wireless power technology in a fun and engaging way. Ossia asked participants to share photos of their best “power pose” on Twitter in order to win an iPad Pro and other Ossia

swag. To draw interest for the contest, SSPR used the momentum of CES (where Ossia was exhibiting their product). In addition, SSPR maximized awareness using Facebook and Twitter advertisements targeting tech enthusiasts and consumers.

THE RESULTS

The campaign effectively built brand awareness of Ossia among target markets and increased overall website traffic. The Cota landing page was the most popular landing page for social media traffic, followed by the Ossia Giveaway landing page. Most importantly, it put Ossia’s technology on the radar of consumers during CES.

Throughout the #PowerYourLife campaign, Ossia received 157 photo entries, 200 engagements, 190 clicks, 456 likes, 18,915 impressions and gained 126 new followers. Overall, social media traffic increased 417.39% compared to the previous period.
