Peoria-based Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is a manufacturing maintenance solutions provider for Fortune 500 companies from around the world. SSPR was challenged to increase their brand awareness and establish them as an industry thought leader and a go-to source for the media.

SSPR focused on positioning ATS as a leader in the manufacturing technology industry by attaining interviews and byline coverage in key industry publications such as, Manufacturing Business Technology, IndustryWeek, Plant Engineering, and Plant Services. In one quarter, two different Wall Street Journal reporters reached out directly to interview ATS about issues in the manufacturing technology space. Their interest came directly from trade articles they had read featuring ATS.


SSPR secured over 95 media placements in a six-month window, 8 of which were published by nationally read publications including, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report, and more. SSPR also grew ATS’s social media presence, increasing LinkedIn engagement by more than 140% in one quarter. By providing strong thought leadership to the manufacturing and business trade publications, ATS has become recognized on a national level, further elevating its prominence and leadership in the space.
